Marketing Visit to Tanzania: Strengthening Strategic Partnerships.

10th to 14th June 2024 | TANZANIA.

Our team recently embarked on a marketing visit across key organization's in Tanzania, including meetings with the Zanzibar Water Authority (ZAWA), Tanzania National Roads Agency (TANROADS), Tanzania Railways Corporation (TRC), Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Tanzania Office, Land Transport Regulatory Authority (LATRA), and the East African Community (EAC) Secretariat.

In Zanzibar, we met with ZAWA representatives to discuss enhancing water infrastructure as well as exploring possibility of working together on future sewerage projects. The meeting highlighted the progress of our ongoing water supply project in Zanzibar.

In Dar es Salaam, we engaged with multiple stakeholders. Discussions with TANROADS focused on expanding and improving road safety as well as collaborating on stand alone projects in that sector. Our meeting with TRC explored collaborations in value-added railway business and the construction of other SGR phases. The session with JICA highlighted development projects and potential involvement in sustainable initiatives. Discussions with LATRA provided insights into regulatory frameworks, aiming to support safe and efficient land transport services and future projects on the implementation of Roadside Service Station (RSS).

In Arusha, we met with the EAC Secretariat to discuss regional integration and economic growth. We explored potential projects that could benefit from our expertise including road safety and RSS.

The marketing visit to Tanzania was highly successful, marked by productive discussions and promising opportunities for future collaborations. We are excited about the potential partnerships and projects from these engagements and look forward to contributing to the growth of Tanzania and the broader East African region.
