Koei Africa's participation in the 2nd National Environment Conference has yielded numerous valuable insights and key takeaways. These findings align seamlessly with the transformation underway at the Environmental Institute of Kenya (EIK), underscoring the imperative to tackle climate governance, leverage climate-smart technologies, implement digital climate information services, and engage in carbon trading, as emphasized during the event.
During the conference, Mr. Clement Ngida, a representative of Koei Africa, delivered a presentation on Green Growth in Kenya. His presentation highlighted the current status of Green Infrastructure, legal and institutional frameworks, relevant case studies, and recommendations for the implementation of Green Growth in the country.
Koei Africa's involvement in the EIK conference not only reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable development across Africa and beyond but also served as a platform for strengthening collaborations, gaining sector-specific insights, and establishing new connections in the environment management sector.
